Delete your WonderGerman account
You can delete your account in the WonderGerman app, published by Kristina Čulić Gajić, at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app
- Open the WonderGerman app and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Konto löschen (Delete account).
- Confirm by entering your password.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Send an email to support@wondergerman.co with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you use to sign in.
If you no longer have access to that address, say so in your email and we’ll find another way to confirm that the account is yours.
We delete the account within 30 days (usually much sooner) and confirm by email.
What happens to your data

What is kept
- Anonymised records of past 1:1 sessions. They no longer identify you.
- Messages that other people wrote to you: they belong to those people.
- Invoices and tax records, including the evidence of your country, for 10 years, as EU VAT (OSS) rules and tax and commercial law require. They are no longer linked to your account.
- Zoom’s own records of past sessions, such as the name you joined with, which Zoom manages under its own policy.
Delete some data, keep your account
You don’t have to delete your account to remove some of your data:
- Messages: delete your own messages in the group chat or a direct conversation at any time. Their content is removed and a “Nachricht gelöscht” placeholder remains.
- Conversations: remove a direct conversation from your own list. The other person keeps their copy.
- Anything else: email support@wondergerman.co and tell us which data you’d like deleted, for example your notes or your learning progress. We reply within one month.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Questions? Email support@wondergerman.co. More details are in our privacy policy.
