Withdrawal and refunds
Your statutory right of withdrawal, how it applies to the course and to the one-to-one lessons, the model withdrawal form, and how refunds work.

In short
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the contract is concluded.
- For the course, it ends as soon as your access begins, because you expressly agree to this at checkout.
- For the one-to-one lessons, you can withdraw until all lessons have been given; lessons already used are deducted.
- After an early withdrawal from the lessons, the course continues as Self-Study; any other refund, and any chargeback, ends access to the refunded program.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
When the right of withdrawal ends early
The course (digital content)
Your right of withdrawal for the course ends as soon as your access begins, because at checkout you expressly agree to this and confirm that you know you lose the right. The checkout text reads:
“I expressly agree that you begin performing the contract before the withdrawal period expires. I acknowledge that by giving this consent I lose my right of withdrawal as soon as performance begins.”
The one-to-one lessons (Premium and the upgrade)
For the one-to-one lessons, you can withdraw until all lessons have been given. If you withdraw earlier, you owe compensation for the lessons already provided. Your right of withdrawal ends once all lessons have been given. The checkout text reads:
“I expressly request that you begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed, and that if I withdraw earlier I owe compensation for the services provided up to that point.”
Refunds
- Premium and the upgrade: The lesson portion is the difference between the Premium price and the Self-Study price at the time of purchase (for the upgrade: the upgrade’s price). In the event of an early withdrawal, one twelfth of the lesson portion is deducted from the refund amount for each scheduled or completed 1:1 lesson, capped at the full lesson portion. If a discount was applied, the lesson portion and the rate per lesson are reduced in the same proportion as the price. Example: with a Premium price of €799 and a Self-Study price of €99, the lesson portion is €700 and the deduction is €58.33 per lesson. Lessons missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance count as completed. After an early withdrawal from the lessons, access to the course continues as Self-Study.
- Self-Study: once your access has begun, the right of withdrawal for the course has ended, as explained above. Before access begins, for example while a bank transfer is still on its way, you can withdraw and receive a full refund.
- Any other refund ends access to the refunded program. A chargeback through PayPal or your bank also ends access.
